Abstract
Study is emphasized on the evolution of microstructural damage induced in material, which initially embeds flaws. Tiny voids surrounding the flaws can be generated and grow large as the external stressing increases. Under certain circumstances, the internal damage caused by such mechanism has drastic difference from that accumulated by pure voiding of large and small sizes.
