ANALYTICAL SOLUTION FOR THE UNSTEADY FLOW OF MAXWELL FLUIDS THROUGH ANNULAR PIPES

  • 摘要: 本文对Maxwell非牛顿流体在环管内的不定常流动进行分析并得到了解析结果。依此,详尽分析了速度剖面、剪切应力随时间、非牛顿系数和环管形状变化的特征,为管道工程设计提供了必要的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents analytical solutions to the partial differentical equation for unsteady flow of Maxwell fluids in annular pipes by using the integral transform method. The results can be used to analyse the behavior of axial velocity and shear stress for unsteady flow of non-Newtonian Maxwell fluids in annular pipes and to provide a theoretical base for pipeline engineering design.
