两相自适应训练策略与高效可靠度分析方法研究

THE TWO-PHASE TRAINING STRATEGY AND HIGHLY-EFFICIENT RELIABILITY ANALYSIS METHOD

  • 摘要: 为提升构建自适应代理模型的精度和效率,提出了一种两相自适应训练策略。在两相训练策略的基础上,进一步结合概率密度演化理论,发展了一类高效可靠度分析方法。为验证本文研究方法的有效性,分析了不同类型功能函数为目标的代理模型构建,并开展了一幢钢筋混凝土框架结构的抗震可靠度评估。结果表明:两相自适应训练策略极大提升了目标代理模型的导出速率并保有高分析精度,弥补了概率密度演化理论在处理罕遇失效事件时精度不足的缺陷。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of constructing adaptive meta-models, a two-phase adaptive training strategy is proposed. On the basis of the two-phase training strategy, a class of efficient reliability analysis methods is further developed by combining the probability density evolution method. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper, the construction of meta-models with different types of functional functions as objectives is analyzed, and the seismic reliability analysis of a reinforced concrete frame structure is conducted. The results show that the two-phase adaptive training strategy greatly improves the export rate of the target agent model and retains high analysis accuracy, which makes up for the lack of accuracy of the probability density evolution method in dealing with rare failure events.
