一种非接触式测定材料弹性常数的新方法

A NEW NON CONTACT METHOD FOR MEASURING ELASTIC CONSTANTS OF MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 提出一种非接触式测定材料弹性常数的新方法———通过测量由激光脉冲轰击试件表面产生的纵波和表面波速度,求得材料弹性常数.这种方法具有非接触性,适用于高温、有毒等环境下(或在线)的测量.所得的结果表明,该方法为特殊环境下弹性常数的非接触测量提供了一种行之有效的方法.

     

    Abstract: A new non contact method for measuring elastic constants of materials was presented and practised. The elastic constants were calculated by measuring the velocities of longitudinal and surface waves generated by a ruby pulsed laser. The experimental results show that the method is suitable and feasible for measuring in environments where high temperature, ionizing radiation or rapid movement make the use of contact sensors difficult if not impossible.
