裂纹转子振动的瞬态分量研究

A STUDY ON TRANSIENT COMPONENTS OF CRACKED ROTOR VIBRATIONS

  • 摘要: 利用定性分析、多尺度法和数值模拟三种方法对裂纹转子振动的特点进行了研究,着重讨论了瞬态分量的构成及其特性.研究结果表明瞬态振动分量是一个比较理想的,可以用于裂纹早期检测的特征,同时也证明了多尺度法是研究带有突变参数的参数激振系统的有效方法.

     

    Abstract: Approaches of qualitative analysis, multiple scale analysis and numerical simulation have been used to study properties of cracked rotor vibrations in the present paper. It has been shown that transient components of cracked rotor vibrations are ideal symptoms suited to the early detection of fatigue cracks of rotors. It has also been demonstrated that the method of multiple scales is an effective approach toward the study of parameter excited vibration systems with abrupt parameter variations.
