一个新的表面裂纹韧带极限载荷公式

A NEW LIMIT-LOAD FORMULA FOR THE LIGAMENT OF A SURFACE CRACK

  • 摘要: 表面裂纹韧带极限载荷的预测在未爆先漏评判中有着十分重要的意义。现有公式大都过于保守,当用于LBB评判时将会低估实际裂纹穿透时瞬时长度,给出偏不安全的结果,本文提出了一个表面裂纹极限破坏的新模型;简要地介绍了新韧带极限载荷公式的推导过程;最后,以图表形式与现有公式作了详细地比较和分析。

     

    Abstract: During Leak-Before-Break assessment,it is of great importance to predict thelimit-load of the ligament at a surface crack.The current limit-load formulas are mostlyoverconservative.By using them in LBB assessment,the actual transient length of throughcrack at penetration will be underestimated with unsafe assessment results.In this paper,anew collapse model of the ligament at a surface crack is propsed.The derivation of relevantnew limit-load formula of ligament is briefly presented.Finally,in terms of diag...
