测量高温主蒸汽管道蠕变的云纹法研究

MOIRE METHOD FOR MEASURING CREEP OF MAIN STEAM PIPE AT HIGH TEMPERAIURE

  • 摘要: 本文从云纹法测量物体变形的基本原理出发,推导了测量主蒸汽管道蠕变变形的云纹法计算公式,给出了该方法测量曲面变形的精度分析,并对发电厂高温主蒸汽管道蠕变进行了实测应用。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,The long-term creep of main steam pipe at high teniperatureis measured with moire method.The principle of measurement and explanation on moirefringes of cylindrial surface are discussed.The creep meaJsurement accuracy is improvedby elimination of the off-plane deflection.The good results verify that it is an applicablemethod
