SOLUTAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS OF MARANGONI CONVECTION IN FLOATING ZONE

  • 摘要: 对于浮区热和浓度毛细对流问题,溶化界面处可以有给定浓度或给定浓度通量两类边界条件,它们给出的液桥内浓度分布有很大差异。本文讨论了这两类边界条件所对应的物理过程,以及其物理含意。

     

    Abstract: There may exist two kinds of solutal boundary conditions, that is, given value of concentration or given flux of concentration at the melting interface for thermal and solutal capillary convection in the floating zone. The solutions of the two kinds of problems are obviously different. In the present paper, the physical processes and their influence associated with these problems of two kinds of boundary conditions have been analyzed.
