Abstract: Based on the theoretical formula and numerical simulation,the sensitivity analysis of scaling law are performed in complex flows, suchas the resistance of Wigley ship, the lift of symmetrical Joukowski airfoilin shear flow, and the oscillating flow and heat transfer in Pulse-TubeCryocooler (PTC). The computational results are well compared with those ofexperiments. The sensitivity analysis facilitates us to identify whichfactors in terms of dimensionless form are more important and should be paidmore attention to. These conclusions can be referred to engineeringapplications.
