Abstract: The equation describing the flow of a Bingham fluid on a rotating disk are derivedand the equation of the film thickness distribution is solved numerically using the differencemethod.Two kinds of thickness distribution have been found.The numerical solutionsagree with the experimental result of the magnetic disk used in electronic computers andthe result of Jemekhe and Schuldt respectively.
