  • 摘要: 本文在多重态热力学平衡的基础上,通过光谱测量,测得了真空电弧的电子密度、电子温度和蒸气密度,结果说明,真空电弧处于热力学非平衡态

     

    Abstract: In this paper, according to multi-thermodyoamic equilibium, the electron density and temperature and atom density of the vacuum arc are measured through spectroscopic,measurement. The results show that the vacuum arc is in non-thermodynamic equilibrium.
