THE EQUIVALENCE BETWEEN BOUSSINESQ-GALERKIN SOLUTION AND HU HAICHANG SOLUTION IN ELASTICITY
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the restriction of the potential functions of Boussinesq-Galerkin. We have proved that Boussinesq-Galerkin solution and Hu Hai-chang solution are equivalent if the elastic region is convex in the z-direction.
