In this paper, a method to compute the arbitrary changing wellborestorage coefficient and sandface flow rate from wellbore pressure data alone. The method is also applicable for gas well test analysis, and makes a contribution to the study of multiphase flow well test analysis. Example analysis results show that the method is practical.
