THE TORSIONAL ANALYTIC SOLUTION OF PRISMATICCYLINDERS IN THE POWER EXPONENTIALHARDENING MODEL

  • A methed utilizing pseudo-stress function to solve torsional problems of prismatic cylinders in the power exponential hardening model is proposed. By the method, the torsional equations of cylinders possessed sections of arbitrary shape or circular sections of variable diameter, could be solved just like that of linear-elastic cylinders, or solved by directly using the elastic solutions which have been known.
